I’m 30 and had about 25 pounds to lose.  I never bought into the fad of diet pills or berry juices, but I had tried the a few like the Candida diet and the Raw food diet with only moderate and temporary results.  Come to find out that while one diet may work for one person, it may not work for another. Identifying your body type is key to knowing which method of weight loss methods work on an individual basis.

At the same time, I am an avid believer in the body’s immune system and its ability to take care of its self and heal it’s self from even some of the most diabolical diseases facing society today.  Though this course does not delve too far into that, It does go hand in hand with overall health.

So long story short: I dove into this training to learn the different body types so I could cater a diet for my needs. I decided to put up this site because it complements the overall healthy lifestyle I strive for, and under the radar it goes far beyond losing weight and building muscles.

Brief History:

Introduce,  Tom Venuto.  Tom is a 7 time winner of the Mr. Natural Bodybuiding Championships. ( all without steroids)  Tom introduces a unique program that has been a best seller since 2002 that does not require fat burning supplements, dangerous surgery, starvation or countless hours at the gym.

This one time chubby high school kid made the decision during college to turn his life around.  What he discovered was a system that had him competing in body building competitions in just the matter of a few months.   Over the next 20 years, as a fitness trainer and gym manager, he had guided and helped over 200,000 regular people obtain and keep their ideal shape.  Out of this was born “Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle” which was recently even featured in Oprah magazine.

Pros:

This is all about education.  Tom is not here to sell you a worthless diet pill or juice or ‘deal a meal’ or any other passing fad.  We live in a ‘microwave world’ and want instant results. That is why it is so easy to get sucked into scams promising maximum results with minimum effort and the only thing losing weight in your bank account.

Think about this: If you bought into a monthly subscription for diet supplements, and they actually did what they claimedYou would most likely stop buying that product as soon as you hit your target weight, at which point the drug company stops making money off of you.

Do you think the pharmaceutical companies care more about your waist line or your money???

Remember what I said earlier about being a diehard believer in the body’s ability to heal its self?  Same thing goes for the guys selling drugs to treat your heartburn, stomach acid, arthritis, diarrhea, etc…. They have no interest in fixing the problem. They only continue making money if they can mask the root problem ~~~ But I digress

“Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle” promises no such thing. It focuses on the fact that we are all unique and carbohydrates have different effects on different people.  It is an outline and foundations to start with but along the way you will need to adapt the amount of  protein, fat and carbs in your diet, plus tracking total calories. In the end, you end up with the perfect balance that ‘turns your body into a fat burning machine’.

Cons:

  • * This could be considered a major undertaking..
  • * You’re not going to “lose 20 pounds in just a few days”..
  • * There is no ‘magic pill’ or berry juice that does the work for you..

This 341 page book is not for the casual dieter.  “Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle” is meant for those truly interested in changing the way you live and eat.  It goes into great detail about looking into what YOUR body needs. Not your spouses, your sisters or neighbors body.  It covers just about anything and everything you would ever want to know about macronutrients and certain foods and the effects they have on your body and health in general.

I don’t know if I would actually call this a negative point of the training, but  it was written by a bodybuilder and geared towards people interested in losing all the body fat they can while toning there body in preparation for competitions.  There is no need to take it that far though, it’s just that detailed. The information that the average person learns about their body and just staying in shape in general far outweighs ANY pill you can pop.

Burn The Fat Review Conclusions:

Tom Venuto’s “Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle” is not a one size fits all program. It starts out by identifying the different body styles and then caters to that individuals unique requirements.  The problem with traditional diets is that was works for your neighbor may not work for you.  That is what has made Tom’s system out rank and out last other diet systems for about 10 years now!

You’ve made it this far so it’s time to take the next step and learn more. Maybe you just want you drop 10 or 100 pounds and keeping them off, or maybe you want to lose the baggy clothes and regain your self confidence, or work your way up to getting rock hard ripped abs – you need to visit “Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle” by clicking the banner below.
